I have to make several servings of the sausage dip each time to send home with the guys.

Ingredients
3/4 lb lean ground beef
3/4 lb mild bulk pork sausage
1/2 large yellow onion, chopped
1 cup ketchup
4 tsp chili powder
4 tsp sweet paprika
2 (15 oz) cans kidney beans, undrained
2 cups grated Cheedar cheese
1 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped green onion

Preparation Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Brown the beef, sausage, and onion in a medium-sized skillet. Drain the excess fat. Add the ketchup, chili powder, paprika and beans. Mix well. Place the mixture in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese, olives and green onions on top. Bake for an additional 5-to-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Serve with your favorite chips to hungry guests!

Tips From Our Test Kitchen: This hearty dip can also be served with small slices of sourdough bread.
